Expectations of a quick resolution have been dashed. I met with the president of ArcLight in late November, and he was unaware of the deal to turn over the model tanks and finished game components to me. All is not lost, however. Negotiations are now under way, this time with the person who really has the authority to sign a contract. I hope to get an answer from Japan before the end of the year. As soon as I know whether I can complete and sell WTC: Bulge (and the follow-on WTC: Kursk that was almost ready), I will send out the detailed update on the status of the game that I promised in my September notice that was posted here.
